Frustrating as I cannot connect, regardless of 2.4 Ghz, iot network, whatever. you realise that the quality of the actual vacuum cleaning falls secondary, behind the flexibility of choosing patterns, routines, maps. I thought Miele was standing for a different standard and if you provide an app it matches the quality of the device? If you reset the device, it enters the Pairing mode, but never finishes. After 3 days of consecutive attempts, YouTube's AI ... it's impossible!

This is the worst application and overall experience ever. It takes ages to connect to the vacuum cleaner if it succeeds at all. It is literally impossible to update (even though there is an available update) the device. For a product that expensive i would say this is just UNACCEPTABLE. I would never buy anything else from Miele, ever!!!!

I have started experienced issues with the app. My problems started 2 days ago. Since then every time when I have tried to log in the app has restarted by itself. I can't use it at all anymore.... It is really frustrating... on top of that after the last update it requires me to put password everytime when I am trying to log in. Something that I find very frustrating too.
