I think the app is really good. But, i would like an additional feature: The app should send us a reminder for Switching on and updating the Pre-Departure time. The option to set time for multiple days in a week is available, but we have to toggle on each time before the departure to activate it. Sometimes, we forget. To avoid it, a reminder from the app would be great!

There was a tiny update recently, but it's a fantastic one. I've got a Cooper SE, and now when I plug in to charge I get a pop-up notification on my phone. The notification not only confirms that the car is actually charging, but also provides an estimated "time to full battery". THIS IS A FANTASTIC FEATURE AND I LOVE IT! I've had a couple of public chargers do me dirty by *appearing* to start charging before I've walked away, and then to my surprise I've come back to my car to find that nope, it didn't. This way, I've got the car tattling on the charger to me to make sure that it's actually charging! A simple little update, but a MASSIVELY USEFUL one. Thanks guys!

The app was telling me my vin number wasn't valid. Then, when it finally added my mini countryman (Sept)2018 to the app, there was no specific information on it. The navigation doesn't work, is by paid subscription since the update and Canada isn't on the list. The previous version worked much better and since the update a year ago, I can't use navigation on my screen. Not only that, but I don't even hear sounds through the Bluetooth except for when playing music. No one can help at the dealer.
