About this app

Limes keeps track of your contracts and subscriptions, reminds you well in advance of cancellation deadlines, and shows you what you'll have left at the end of the month.

The difference to other contract apps: Limes doesn't need access to your bank account, user account, or internet connection. The app doesn't even have permission to access the internet—it can't technically transfer your data. You can verify this yourself in the app details under "Permissions."

WHAT LIMES CAN DO

• Automatically calculate deadlines
Based on the contract start date, duration, and cancellation period, Limes determines the last possible cancellation date—even for automatic renewals.

• Timely reminders

You specify how many days in advance you want to be notified for each contract. Optionally, you can receive a second reminder shortly before the deadline.

• Overview at a glance
Homepage with total monthly costs, breakdown by urgency, and the next upcoming cancellation.

• Create cancellation letters
Limes automatically inserts the provider, contract number, and correct date into a ready-made text. Copy, email, or share in any other way.

• Keep track of your costs

Monthly and annual totals, broken down by category and individual contract. Annual amounts are converted to monthly values ​​for comparison.

• Keep an eye on your budget

Enter your monthly income and payday – Limes automatically deducts expenses and contracts and shows you what's left. Record expenses monthly or as a one-off; one-off expenses disappear automatically with your next paycheck.

• Three contract types

Automatic renewal, monthly cancellation after the minimum term, or continuously monthly cancellation.

• Search, archive, back up

Full-text search by name, category, and contract number. Canceled contracts are archived. Backup as a file – automatically, to a folder of your choice.

DATA PROTECTION BY DESIGN

• No registration, no account

• No internet access
• No advertising, no trackers, no analytics
• No bank connection
• All data is stored exclusively in the app's secure storage on your device

The downside is that if your device is lost, the data is gone – there's no server to retrieve it. Therefore, use the backup function.
