MOMO Training is a unique live online course that introduces you to the practice of judgment-free listening. Based on scientific concepts from psychology and neuroscience, the program offers a profound transformation of your communication skills.
What awaits you:
1. Intensive onboarding: Start with a 1.5-hour live online session led by experienced trainers
2. Weekly Live Training: Deepen your knowledge in 10 weekly sessions covering topics such as gratitude, emotions and respect.
3. Daily MOMOLOG: Have a daily 14-minute live online dialogue (the MOMOLOG) with a partner from the course. The appointments are arranged flexibly and individually.
4. Exclusive access to the MOMO app: Use all course content, the chat function and the MOMOLOG. After the training, you will receive another 6 months of free access to the MOMO app and community.
