MultiBaseCS Mobile is the mobile application for the simple and structured recording of species observations in the field. It complements the existing MultiBaseCS platform and makes it possible to document biological observation data directly on site and then store it centrally for further evaluation. The app is aimed at professional biologists, nature conservation organizations, authorities, volunteers and everyone who works in the field of biodiversity and monitoring.

With MultiBaseCS Mobile, observations of animals, plants or fungi can be recorded quickly and in a standardized manner. Relevant information such as species name, date, time, location via GPS, number of individuals and other information can be easily entered. The user-friendly interface is optimized for use in real field conditions and also works offline, allowing observations to be saved regardless of network coverage.

After capture, the collected data can be uploaded to a MultiBaseCS cloud in just a few steps. This central storage not only enables secure storage and data backup, but also direct further processing of the observations. Through subsequent synchronization with the MultiBaseCS desktop application, the captured data can be fully integrated into existing work processes. This creates a consistent and automated workflow - from mobile surveys to scientific evaluation in the office.

The entire process minimizes transmission errors, saves time and improves data quality. Direct entry on site eliminates the need for manual post-processing of paper forms or tables.
