You have subscribed to your D-Ticket with a transport company in Saxony-Anhalt and would like to use your ticket conveniently on your smartphone? Then you've come to the right place!

As soon as you have received your subscription number, you can download your D-Ticket into the app. You will find out which transport companies you can do this with when you subscribe. Once you have received your subscription number, it may take several hours before the data is technically available. Please be patient.

In the app, you can also conveniently store additional tickets of your family or fellow travellers.

You can find information on the timetable in our INSA app, which is available separately.

Works fine most of the time. The app freezes frequently. It is especially problematic when the ticket checker wants to check it and the app freezes. It would be helpful if this frequent problem.
