We load what moves you! The NEF E-Mobility app offers you convenient access to our charging infrastructure in Fellbach and to the charging stations of our roaming partners in Germany and Europe.

Use the advantageous functions of our APP:

1. Charging station search: You can use the integrated map to find available charging stations in your area. You can filter by location, availability and charging power.
2. Manage charging processes: You can start and monitor the charging process. The app displays the current charge status, remaining charging time and energy consumption.
3. Payment and billing: The app allows you to pay for charging directly via the app. You can choose between different payment methods and receive a detailed billing.
4. Notifications: The app sends notifications when charging is complete or when a charging station is available nearby.
5. Favorites and ratings: You can mark charging stations as favorites and rate their experiences. This will help other users choose the best charging stations.

What’s new

Kein erneutes Anmelden mehr erforderlich – der überarbeitete Bereich „Mehr“ bietet schnellen Zugriff auf Ihr Profil und alle Kontofunktionen. Details zu Ladevorgängen werden nun auch bei kostenlosen Ladevorgängen korrekt angezeigt. Zahlungsmethoden werden jetzt entsprechend der Konfiguration Ihres Betreibers richtig dargestellt. Online abgeschlossene Verträge können nun direkt in der App gekündigt werden – verfügbar innerhalb der gesetzlichen 14-tägigen Widerrufsfrist.
