The Deutschland-Ticket or your JobTicket from a single source in one app.

How it works:
Download the NETINERA tickets app from the PlayStore. Register with your e-mail address and a password, fill in your contact information before the first purchase and choose your suitable ticket.
Pay easily and quickly and drive off. Have fun!

For our JobTicket customers:
Please register with the email address you gave your employer to receive your JobTicket.

Please do not forget:
Make sure you have purchased and activated your ticket before you travel. And make sure your smartphone is working and charged.

Before you can buy tickets for the first time, please register under the "Profile" tab. Click on “Register” and enter your first and last name and your e-mail address. You will then receive an e-mail from us asking you to confirm your account and assign a password (8 characters, upper and lower case letters as well as numbers or special characters).
If you are registered, you can use all the functions of our app without restrictions. Before purchasing a ticket, it is necessary to complete your profile. Select your desired ticket in the “Tickets” tab and click on “Buy”. You will then be securely forwarded to our payment service provider to complete the purchase. Your preferred payment method is saved automatically and you don't need to enter your details again the next time you make a purchase. After successful purchase, you will find your purchased ticket in the “My Tickets” area. Here you can also see how long your ticket is still valid.

In my opinion the app still needs some work, the interface feels a bit old-fashioned. But I always appreciate a customer-oriented dev team and the response time to solve a functional problem was remarkable. Thanks for that :)

Almost got a fine because the auto-renew subscription feature doesn't work. Nobody wants to still have to look in the app at midnight on the last day of every month.

I was unable to purchase the ticket directly from the app so I went a head and paid for the ticket directly from bank I am still waiting for an update that means I have to buy an extra bus ticket as I wait for the customer care to resolve the issue😔😔
