As an electricity or gas customer, you are well served with Meine Energie, because here you can organize everything yourself conveniently, safely and quickly. The online customer center is open for you around the clock, 365 days a year. Among other things, you can record your meter reading, check your discount amount and adjust it if necessary, view, download and archive invoices and much more.

Our seven modern and well-maintained bathrooms ensure swimming and bathing pleasure in every season. You can expect many extras that will make your stay a real short vacation. Each of the seven bathrooms convinces with its very individual charm.
Range fear is a thing of the past. With Mein e-laden you have access to the public NEW charging stations in the region and far beyond. With e-loading you are independent and arrive comfortably. Take advantage of the many advantages for your trips by e-car, such as Europe-wide 110,000 charging stations, find charging points or the transaction overview. And all without a contract.
Arrive in the region with the useful timetable information, the useful departure monitor, which shows you the departure times of the next bus or train at the stop. Or the personal area, where you can save the most important destinations for regular journeys by bus and train and have important information at a glance
My Wheesy: easy, wheesy, mobile!
Wheesy is the first fully electric vehicle sharing on the Lower Rhine and has the right vehicles for every occasion and individual need. The sustainable mobility concept with charging current from 100% renewable energies. In this way we make a contribution to the energy transition in our region and contribute to reducing emissions in our cities.

✗ camera: e.g. for reporting user feedback
✗ Reading SD card: Photos can be uploaded from SD card
✗ Bluetooth: Additional services will be implemented in the future
✗ Microphone: for voice search for content
✗ Fingerprint sensor: As authorization for internal content. The fingerprint itself is not used in the app but only the information whether the fingerprint stored in the mobile device matches the user.
