Our powerful app digitizes security and control patrols, facilitates operational coordination and enables complete documentation – anytime and anywhere. Whether it’s tours, alarm trips or event recording – our app ensures smooth processing and maximum transparency.
Especially in the security sector, all services require meticulous logging of all actions (tours, piercing points/checkpoints, tasks to be carried out, conditions to be checked such as “door closed” or “lights off”) that are carried out by the security forces or security guards on site. These logs are requested by insurance companies, for example, as proof for billing and as evidence in the event of incidents.
Furthermore, so-called intervention operations – which can be created via both the app and web application – can alert security staff via push notifications on your mobile device. Intervention missions are situations in which security personnel immediately need help or support from other colleagues during an on-site tour.
Individual reports and reports can be created to evaluate the tours and intervention missions. In addition, all protocols for preserving evidence can be viewed in the web application and regularly sent automatically or manually by email to customers or property managers. Using a dashboard, they can also see in real time which tours or intervention operations are currently active and where which emergency services are on site. If necessary, additional emergency services can be alerted or withdrawn for interventions.
