SUPERB! I don't have much of a budget for hobbies, and when I was lucky enough to purchase the Husqvarna Designer 1 in beautiful and very loved condition, I started to save for threads etc. I do have some files, but struggled to convert them to SHV. A format specific to this machine, then I found Stitch View Convert App. Its so easy to use and understand but above everything else the support I received when I reached out to the developers was second to none. Grateful is a huge understatement. 💕

First of all, the support team is 5 out of 5 stars they really care a lot! I'm really exited to use the app, but it crashes every time I try to launch it on my Samsung Galaxy S7, pressing on the app gives a "has stopped" error. I also sent a formal bug report with full specs and debug sheet. Hopefully this gets fixed soon!

Says "Converter". This is false, the app can only read already prepared Embroidery files smh. Also the app has a really juvenile look to it. None specific description of what the App can do is your responsibility (Developers), when someone reads just the label "Converter" it implies that this App can convert non-Embroidery files to Embroidery files. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who was mislead. So my Statement/Review Stands as is.
