Zeppelin Remote Service allows remote maintenance of engines and systems worldwide, at any time and from anywhere in the world - even in regions where service calls cannot be made at short notice.

In the event of an emergency, the problem description, photos and videos can be exchanged via the chat platform. The chat features and video calls with AR capabilities enable remote fault diagnosis of machines, systems or devices. Service technicians can access systems without being physically present and call in additional experts as needed. If necessary, a service call is triggered. Thanks to the preparation and troubleshooting that has already been carried out, deployment times can be made more efficient and significantly reduced.
