The app is without charge for onOffice users, of course. After the installation you simply log in with your onOffice access datas.
One of the special features of the onOffice App for Android is the automatic booking of incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
These are documented as activities at the respective contact address including the duration of the call. In the call log, notes or tasks can be added to the telephone call afterwards.
As soon as you have checked into an appointment, the App questionnaires can be used, for example for object recordings or a self-disclosure. Due to the native implementation of the app, the questionnaires also work when the network is weak.
In addition to real estates and addresses, appointments and tasks can be easily created. Since useing push-messages, nothing is forgotten any more.
