od | careplan mobile, together with the inpatient care documentation software careplan, helps you better manage daily documentation efforts.
Document fluid balances and position changes at scheduled or unplanned intervals directly at the scene. Record reports or vital signs. You can enter these manually or use the integrated, AI-supported speech recognition with simultaneous translation function.
You can also access relevant master data about the person being cared for, such as allergies and special requirements, stored aids, or diagnoses.
Contact doctors or other external service providers directly from the app to avoid wasting time in an emergency.
This documentation support protects you from data protection violations, as movement plans, for example, are no longer displayed in the room but can be viewed directly in the app. Check when and how the next planned positioning should take place, adopt it, or adapt the documentation directly to the actual circumstances.
