orderio Driver is the app for delivery drivers. It shows which deliveries are pending, the destination, and what the final payment will be. The company sets up access.
GOING ON DUTY
One switch, that's all it takes. As long as you're on duty, your company can see that you're available and assign deliveries to you. Switching off immediately stops the transmission.
ACCEPT ORDERS
New orders come in as offers, including the company, destination, distance, and earnings. You decide. Accepted deliveries appear as a route on the map, in the correct order.
NAVIGATION
To the company and then on to the customer, with turn-by-turn directions. The route follows the road, not a straight line.
PROOF OF DELIVERY
Handover code, photo, or signature. What the company requires is specified in the order. The proof remains with the order and can be viewed later.
MESSAGES
Two separate chat channels: one with the company, one with the customer. The customer cannot see what you discuss with the business.
EARNINGS AND SHIFTS
Each delivery is recorded individually, including time, customer, and amount. Your shift times are also recorded, eliminating the need for estimations at the end of the month.
NOTIFICATIONS
New orders, cancellations, and messages are displayed even when the app is closed.
LANGUAGES
German, English, Turkish, Spanish, and French. The app automatically adjusts to your device's language.
LOCATION
The app collects location data to show your business and the customer the current location of the delivery. This occurs even when the app is closed or not in use. Data is only transmitted while you are on duty.
