*Orthopy – your prescription app for knee injuries*

Orthopy is a digital health application and supports you in your orthopedic treatment after an anterior cruciate ligament tear and/or meniscus damage. We will help you advance your recovery in a self-determined manner so that you can quickly get back into your everyday life.

The app helps you advance your recovery in a self-determined manner with guided physiotherapeutic training and understandable knowledge articles. The app also reminds you of the exercises and shows you an overview of your therapy progress.

Individual therapy support: Adapted training plans and exercises for home training – throughout your entire therapy

Guided exercises: Precise exercise instructions via video, sound and text for the correct execution of the exercises - you can also carry out home training successfully on your own

Visible therapy progress: Transparent visualization of your training progress - your development is always in view, as a motivational aid even in difficult phases

Regular reminders: Consistently integrate exercises into your everyday life - so that you no longer miss training sessions and achieve lasting success

Diverse individualization: Possibility to create your own exercises and include them in the training plan - film and add additional exercises
Extensive exercise catalog: A variety of exercises that you can integrate into your therapy - for more individuality and variety

No additional costs for you: statutory health insurance companies cover the costs associated with using the app.

1. You will receive your diagnosis from your doctor about a tear in the anterior cruciate ligament or mensicus damage
2. You get a prescription for the use of Orthopy DiGA and send it to your health insurance company. (Alternatively, you can use our recipe service (www.orthopy.de/rezept-service)
3. Now download the Orthopy app onto your smartphone and register with the 16-digit activation code from your health insurance company
4. You design your therapy at home with appropriate training plans and information and use the time between your treatment appointments efficiently and independently
