About this app

With this new update, we've completely redesigned the official City of Bochum app.

So you can find what you need faster, discover what's happening in your city more easily, and the app is even better tailored to your personal Bochum experience.

FOR YOU
On the new "For You" page, you'll find the information that's important for your everyday life. Customize your content, keep track of upcoming waste collection dates or emergency services, and access your passes and tickets directly.

NEWS
Events, stories, and news from Bochum are now all in one place.

SERVICES
You'll find the waste collection calendar, online appointments, and other digital services from the city on the new service page. If you're unsure where something is, the search function will help. And if you notice a pothole or a broken lamppost, you can report it directly in the app using the newly redesigned defect reporting tool.

MAP
Around 3,500 locations throughout the city, from attractions, culture, and leisure activities to transportation options. The map shows you what's nearby, and probably a few places you haven't discovered yet.

SETTINGS
You decide which topics you receive push notifications about.

FROM BOCHUM FOR BOCHUM
