Scan, compress, and upload receipts – directly to DATEV Unternehmen online, Meine Steuern, Personalakte, or the Receipt Box. scannerbox.mobile is the digital receipt capture solution for businesses and tax offices.
Say goodbye to paper clutter: Digitize invoices, receipts, and till slips in seconds and send them directly to your accounting department.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Capture Receipts
Scan documents with your camera, import photos from your gallery, or files from your file system. Scan directly via your network scanner (eSCL/AirPrint compatible) – no PC required.
2. Select Destination
Choose your DATEV company and the appropriate receipt type, or navigate to your Receipt Box folder. Seamless integration via the DATEV Receipt Image Service interface makes assignment easy.
3. Upload
Receipts are optionally compressed and transferred in real time. This saves on cloud storage costs and speeds up loading in DATEV.
