About this app

The cloud maintenance app is the ideal addition to the cloud maintenance software from PANA-MED GmbH. With this app, detectors, devices or self-defined test points from e.g. security systems can be displayed, edited or even output as text-to-speech messages in connection with the cloud maintenance software. The software is primarily aimed at installers and operators of fire alarm systems, intrusion alarm systems or call systems in hospitals and nursing homes.
The intuitive operation enables quick and efficient processing of maintenance tasks. By using the app, a one-man inspection for fire alarm systems can also be carried out. An innovative step towards digitization for the areas of Industry and Craft 4.0.

The most important functions at a glance:

Waiting list
A maintenance list can be synchronized with the server by specifying a unique system number and contract number. The tasks are managed centrally on the server and can be adapted to local conditions or specifications from standards and guidelines. The test points are then available to the employee in the app for further processing. He has clearly defined work tasks and can work through them in a given structure.

Live list
The live list offers the option of displaying triggered detectors or signals. The prerequisite is a corresponding interface to the respective system and the data connection to the cloud. With simultaneous use of the software and an interface to the PC, test points can also be processed automatically.

signature
In order to meet the requirements of digitization in the area of ​​maintenance and service processing for industry and trade, another feature has been added with the signature function. Completely paperless documentation is thus possible. This saves resources and fulfills the requirements of standardized documentation.
