• Local group mode with import from CSV and Excel
• Election group mode for election operations with multiple local groups (list leader import)
• Both datasets exist independently side-by-side

MEMBER MANAGEMENT
• Searchable directory with extensive filters and sorting options
• Clear member profile with direct contact (call, email, messenger)
• Custom fields for additional information
• Import also from password-protected Excel files
• List export as Excel or PDF, optionally password-protected

BIRTHDAYS & ANNIVERSARIES
• Daily and monthly overview with direct contact
• Daily reminders as notifications (separate for local group and election group)

VOLUNTEER ALLOWANCE (FORM 13)

• Easily record volunteer days month by month, with €80 cap
• Signature can be drawn or uploaded as an image
• Ready-made or fillable PDF in original layout
• Review workflow for local group chairpersons (receive, countersign, forward)

ANALYSIS & TRACK
• Member statistics as charts – overall and by occupational group, company/local group, and contribution group – with time period filter and PDF export
