This is a good application but I hate one thing that payback mobile card is not QR CODE this a serial number and some people can't pay for Shattered Screen and they can't even use This app with serial number logo we can't even put that serial number and logo in to the Smart watche. please fix that and put QR CODE at mobile card Section in next UPDATE thanks alot . 🙋🏻‍♂️

I am very disappointed by the app. I cannot reconnect to my account, as it has this 2 steps security verification. Of course, it will be secured, if I even myself cannot connect. I have also had a call with them and I need to send by post (in 2025) my ID with the new address. And they said that I also need to fill in a form, which they forgot to attach, sent from a non-reply address. Should I call them again? It is very stressful.

I understand redemptio voucher arrives within one day, but it seems the service level has been set extremely low. For something like digital —which should ideally be an automated process—it appears that its being issued manually. A user spends an entire year collecting points to make a meaningful redemption, and then has to wait an additional day just to receive a digital voucher while its 2025 and such things can be already automated ! . That’s disappointing
