About this app

PEARL TV brings the live stream to your smartphone or tablet. When you open the app, the focus is on television. You only display products and the media library if you want to.

• Current and recently shown products from the pearl.tv TV feed
• Open product details and TV offers in the PEARL online shop

• Media library with the latest releases from the PEARL TV YouTube channel, newest first

• Browse loaded videos and refresh the list as needed

• Open additional sections with "Products & More" and close them again with "Live TV Only" without reloading the live stream

Before using the app for the first time, you decide on the privacy policy. After you agree, the app will attempt to automatically play the live stream each time it is opened. Your consent is stored locally and can be revoked at any time under "More"; this will stop live TV and content retrieval. Depending on your device, it will initially start without sound or require you to tap "Start Playback." Tap "Turn on Sound" to activate the audio.

The product display follows the website's TV feed. Due to a delay in the YouTube stream, the display may differ from the video image. The offer information in the shop is definitive.

The media library displays a current selection, not a complete channel archive. Selected videos open separately on YouTube. Switching to another app may pause live TV.

No registration is required in the app. An internet connection is required. The YouTube player will only load after your consent; when opening the media library, the video list and preview images are retrieved from YouTube/Google. YouTube may use advertising and cookies. Product orders for physical goods are placed outside the app in the PEARL online shop. The app does not contain any in-app purchases.

Version 2 stellt Live-TV in den Mittelpunkt: Nach Ihrer Zustimmung versucht die App die automatische Wiedergabe, mit Start- und Ton-Bedienung bei Bedarf. Aktuelle TV-Produkte mit Angebotslinks und die neuesten PEARL-TV-Kanalvideos mit Suche und Aktualisieren sind optional einblendbar. Das Original-App-Symbol bleibt erhalten. Datenschutzhinweise sind vor dem Start verfügbar; die Zustimmung lässt sich unter „Mehr“ widerrufen.
