Loved visiting the store, but there's no way to retroactively add a receipt to the loyalty card and even worse, you're locked into the app for showing the QR code everytime. Annoying (if popular) practice that will make me avoid the store and immediately uninstall the app. Edit: increasing rating after dev response, which led me to research and learn that one doesn't lose out as much as expected by not using this app-forced clubcard option, as there's no points accumulation system etc.

Hello Mario, we don't understand the problem. You're not forced to use the eBon. If you still want paper receipts, just don't enable the functionality. If you want eBon, then well yes, you need to use the app.

The App Doesn't Work Properly Everytime I Open It. It Rarely Works Fully And When I Try To Scan It, The App Wont Even Load The Qr Code.

Hello Andriel, We’re sorry to hear you’re having problems with the app. Please try clearing the app data by going to ‘My Penny’, ‘App Settings’ and then ‘Clear App Data’. Then restart the app and log in again. Is it working now?

"server unreachable" maybe dont bring an app if it exceeds your technical teams abilities.

Hello, there is no need to be mean, please watch your tone. There can be various reasons why a server / network isn't reachable, which are out of our control. The app works for millions of people, so maybe your smartphone is the problem?
