Loved visiting the store, but there's no way to retroactively add a receipt to the loyalty card and even worse, you're locked into the app for showing the QR code everytime. Annoying (if popular) practice that will make me avoid the store and immediately uninstall the app. Edit: increasing rating after dev response, which led me to research and learn that one doesn't lose out as much as expected by not using this app-forced clubcard option, as there's no points accumulation system etc.

Hello Mario, we don't understand the problem. You're not forced to use the eBon. If you still want paper receipts, just don't enable the functionality. If you want eBon, then well yes, you need to use the app.

By logon redirects to browser which takes me to 404. Stop redirecting to browsers in apps and make your own app handle authentication without external apps. As a result I am not able to use the app.

Hallo, gehe bitte in die Systemeinstellung der App, z. B. durch langes Drücken des App-Icons und der Auswahl des "i"-Symbols bzw. "App-Info". Suche den Punkt "Standardmäßig öffnen". Hier muss "In der App" ausgewählt sein, nicht "In deinem Browser". Überprüfe bitte auch, dass dort die Links "www.penny.de" und "app.penny.de" aktiviert sind.
