Pirschfunk brings all participants of a group hunt together on a map in real time – hunters, beaters, dog handlers, and dogs. Developed by hunters for hunters, specifically for German driven hunts and group hunts.
ONE LICENSE FOR THE ENTIRE HUNTING GROUP
All participants use Pirschfunk free of charge – no registration, no email address required. Only the hunt leader needs a license, regardless of whether there are 5 or 50 participants. Joining is easy with a hunting code.
... HUNTING AREA & PLANNING
- Draw up to 6 hunting areas directly on the map – permanently saved
- 8 hunting stand types: ladder stand, driven hunt stand, open high seat, blind, mobile high seat, ground seat, vehicle stand, natural stand
- Place stands with a tap and move them by dragging
- Stand allocation: assign hunters manually or fairly by random draw
- Prepare the hunting area conveniently on your computer – everyone sees the same map on the day of the hunt
LIVE DURING THE HUNT
- GPS position of all participants in real time, updated every 3–5 seconds
- Signal status indicator: Green = active, Yellow = no signal for 30 seconds, Red = missing
- Map automatically centers on the hunting area or your position when started
- "On me" button: one tap centers the map on your location
- Follow mode: press and hold the button, and the map automatically follows you
- Switch between views: split, map only, or participant list only
- Game reports with shot location and find location directly on the map
- Dog GPS: Connect Tractive trackers directly, position automatically updated every 60 seconds
- Handlers can transfer their phone's GPS to their dog
- Share each position as a link – the recipient sees the pin immediately on their map
AFTER THE HUNT
- Game bag list: confirm harvested game, summary by species
- Downloadable complete hunt report – with participants, bag, and locations
- Digital hunt log with CSV export
CROSS-DEVICE
- Plan hunting areas on your computer, use them on your phone in the field – the same map
- Transfer your license to other devices with your personal recovery code
- Apple, Android, and web app access the same hunts
SECURITY & DATA PROTECTION
- No one gets lost: Missing game alert after 3 minutes without a signal
- GDPR compliant, all data on EU servers (Belgium)
- No registration, no email required, no movement profiles
- Automatic data deletion after license expiration
- GPS intervals for long Optimized battery operation
- Offline basic operation: GPS continues to function even in areas with no signal
