The AUTOMANAGER App – Your mobile extension of AUTOMANAGER.

With the AUTOMANAGER App, you have your vehicle inventory, leads, tasks, and contacts under control anytime, anywhere. Whether at the vehicle lot, in the showroom, or on the go: The most important information and functions of your AUTOMANAGER are available directly on your smartphone or tablet.

Everything important in one app:

Vehicle overview: View, search, filter, and directly edit your vehicle inventory on your mobile device – including images, status, VIN, and location.

View and edit leads: View, edit, and respond to incoming inquiries while on the go. Keep track of deal status and assigned personnel – so no lead gets lost.

Organize tasks: Create, edit, comment on, and complete tasks directly from the moment you start a conversation. Overdue to-dos are immediately visible on your home screen.

Maintain contacts: Update customer data at your fingertips and directly during conversations. New phone number, changed address, or important note? Easily manage it on your mobile device.

Everything important at a glance: The home screen displays new and overdue leads and tasks directly. Use the global search to find vehicles, leads, tasks, and contacts quickly and easily.

Work mobile and flexibly: The AUTOMANAGER app is optimized for smartphones and tablets and accompanies you wherever your workday takes place – at the dealership, on the lot, or on the go.

Seamlessly connected to AutoManager: The app and AUTOMANAGER Web access a shared database. Changes are synchronized – eliminating the need for duplicate data entry.

Also available offline: Vehicle location tracking via QR code works even without an internet connection. The data can then be synchronized.

Requirements:
To use the AUTOMANAGER app, you need an existing AUTOMANAGER account. A separate account is not required. The AUTOMANAGER app is available in German, English, French, and Italian.
