PLACEm is much more than a participation app: PLACEm makes you want to think and join in the discussion! Whether in a youth club, in a club, in a school, in a youth association or in the community: It has never been so easy to stay informed, to contribute your own ideas and to participate.
Wherever the app is used, it improves communication: between the board and its members, providers and participants, youth and volunteers, chieftains and Indians. "Those up there are not interested in my opinion anyway?" Nonsense! They just did not know how to get involved easily and conveniently. Your opinion is in demand with the PLACEm app.
Photos, Dates, Surveys, Tasks, Quizzes - PLACEm makes it easy to involve members and users. Simply create your own place, have the invitation QR code scanned and you're off to a flying start: The community board can already have a direct connection to the membership; the municipality can involve young people, motivate the volunteer agency for volunteers, or the building administration can motivate the users of a wasteland participate.
Thinking and talking together is really worthwhile now: with every interaction you collect points that not only bring you fame, honor and awards in highscore lists, but that can often be turned into real things as well: swimming pool entries, coffee cups, a colorful bag at the kiosk or a soda at the summer party - if and what there is, each place determines itself.
Oh by the way: You decide how public your place is and whether you give more than nothing to personal information. Because privacy is (almost) as important to us as democracy!

With our award-winning projects, our young team reaches tens of thousands of people nationwide every year and combines participation and political education. So far, our award-winning ideas have only been offline, e.g. with our simulation game "Pimp Your Town!" or our interactive exhibition "WahlFUN".
We have developed this app with lots of experience and even more love in Bösel and Isernhagen. (Because even without Cebit digital innovations like to come from Lower Saxony.)
