About this app

Polvendo is the bazaar and flea market app for organized swap meets – designed for clubs, kindergartens, and schools. Try it out without registering: in guest mode, you can test all the features as a seller or organizer.

Sellers enter their items centrally in the system and print labels with QR codes. Organizers process sales at their bazaar or flea market directly by scanning the QR codes – at one or more cash registers simultaneously. After the event, items are sorted back into their original order via scan. Everyone involved maintains a complete overview at all times.

In guest mode, you can test all the features without registering – either as a seller or as an organizer. No registration, no email address required. You work with demo data that is stored only on your device and disappears when you close the app.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Enter Items
Enter description, size, and price – individually in the app or conveniently upload via an Excel spreadsheet.

2. Print QR Labels
Create and affix labels with a QR code and carton markings in just one click.

3. Sell via Scan
Scan the QR code or enter the code at the checkout – this works even with multiple cash registers simultaneously. The Polvendo POS system is suitable for bazaars, flea markets, and secondhand exchanges of any size. Accidental sales can be canceled immediately.

4. Sorting & Payout
After the event, sort unsold items by scanning them – progress is shown live, indicating how many are still missing. Sold, available, unsold: everything is visible in real time. Sorting and payout are a breeze.
