a bad one. every 5 min or so it is automatically turning out. a nightmare if one works with several transactions at once. therefore you have to go through the process of identification every 5 minutes. worst experience ever. the technical support is as always can't do anything, which adds to the frustration. One wonders if the one of the top banks in Germany can't get it right, what would you expect in other ones? compared to my Canadian experience, 2 out of 10 for Postbank.

As I'm getting older and my eyes and fingers are less able to work with a smartphone, and don't want a tablet, I would wish that there could be a Finanzassistent (and Best Sign!!!) App for the PC like Sparda-Bank offers. I don't want a roaming plan for my mobile. I strongly prefer to not use my WiFi at home and connect the PC with a cable. That also saves electricity and microwaves. But who knows? Maybe there is also a PC app in the works. Then I could give more stars in my review. Sparda-Bank offerst the PC App because they WANTED TO. Postbank isn't planning one, because they DON'T WANT TO. I gave my list of reasons. The ONLY solution is a PC BestSign App. Thank you and be well

Good day everyone. Time to change Bank! Having to install a very bad reviewed app. If you have an old phone, hence an old Android version you aren't able to install the app. Which obliges you to spend money to buy a device which you have to carry around with you to be able to do a bank transfer (this was already in place 10 ago). Where is the 'win' for us here?
