Amtfix – Finally Understand Official Mail
Who hasn't been there? A letter arrives from the government office – and you're completely lost. Deadlines, legal paragraphs, technical terms. Amtfix helps you understand your official mail – explained simply, in your language.
WHY AMTFIX?
We operate two post offices with lottery outlets and a kiosk in Heidenheim. Every day, we see people coming to us with their official mail – the notice in hand, asking: "What does it say? What am I supposed to do?" People whose native language isn't German, elderly customers, or families who receive notices from the job center, tax office, or family benefits office are often overwhelmed. We developed Amtfix specifically for them: a simple reading aid that makes official mail understandable – in 17 languages.

Amtfix reads deadlines from the official notice (e.g., the one-month objection period) and displays them. Reading aid – not legal advice.

🛡️ Data privacy first
