With chAPPeau, you can easily record your working hours using the time clock.

Connect chAPPeau to your company's guSTAFF instance to access the following features on your mobile device:

Employee List: Search for your company's employees in chAPPeau and contact them by phone or email.

Time Clock: Manage your time tracking directly in chAPPeau. Clock-in and clock-out events are instantly synchronized with guSTAFF, and your work status is updated.

Time Clock Terminal: Use chAPPeau as a time clock terminal, allowing multiple employees to clock in and out daily using a single device.

Working Hours: Record or update your working hours and breaks via chAPPeau and keep track of your planned and actual working hours.

Requests: Create requests for vacation, time off in lieu, educational leave, unpaid leave, absences, or remote work via chAPPeau and track their approval process.

Sick leave notifications: Submit sick leave notifications directly via chAPPeau and upload certificates of incapacity for work as digital attachments. Is your child sick? You can also include this information at the same time.

Meal orders: Order food for yourself or your colleagues.
