The Board App makes circular resolutions easy for the boards of associations, clubs, and organizations – mobile, fast, and legally compliant.

Decisions often need to be made quickly between meetings. With the Board App, you can create a resolution in minutes, all board members can vote conveniently from their smartphones or tablets, and the result is automatically recorded.
