• Record meter readings via barcode scan (electricity, gas, water, heating) and document keys

• Digital signatures from tenant and landlord directly on the device

• Automatic PDF report including landlord's certificate (§ 19 BMG)

OFFLINE CAPABLE

Protocasa also works in basements or vacant apartments without a signal. All entries and photos are stored locally and automatically synchronized as soon as a connection is available again. No data loss, no stress.

FORGERY-PROOF

Each completed handover protocol receives a cryptographic document seal (HMAC-SHA256) and a unique protocol number. Authenticity can be verified online at any time via a QR code – tamper-proof and traceable.

GDPR COMPLIANT

Consents are legally logged and hashed. Data processing takes place on servers within the EU. Tenants and landlords automatically receive their documents via email.
