The Tour & Navi app can only be used in conjunction with the PTC Telematik tour planner.
Thanks to the simple driver change in the app, the planned tours can be driven immediately. Time-consuming entries in the navigation device are a thing of the past. The driver can concentrate fully on completing his orders. He simply enters his personal pin and can start the tour assigned to him.
Information on the individual destinations can be stored in the route planning, which the driver can call up with just one click. So every driver knows exactly what to look out for. Are there certain conditions that need to be taken into account when parking? Does the specified destination have any special features or do the customer have to take certain precautions?
PTC Tour & Navi navigates the driver from one destination to the next. The individual statuses from reading and accepting the tour to the end are tracked and are visible to the dispatcher.
