QuickQuote Flow connects the office and the job site. Plan assignments, record hours and materials, and see who is present. With Pro, manage projects from the site visit and quote through to invoicing.

FREE PLANNING FOR UP TO TEN PEOPLE
The free planner supports up to ten people, including the owner. Plan assignments across several days, manage absences and leave balances, and record hours and materials. It also includes the time clock, calendar subscription and wall display. No payment details and no trial period. Register your business in a browser, then use QuickQuote on iPhone, iPad, Android or the web.

CLOCK IN AND COMPARE HOURS
Clock in using the app on the company network or a tablet at the entrance with a personal PIN. Compatible Datafox terminals with HTTP mode can send clock events directly to QuickQuote. The office can also import existing records from a file.
See attendance and compare it with booked hours. Field staff continue to record their working time against jobs. For office staff, managers and owners, optional drafts can be prepared from clock events. Each person checks the draft and submits it themselves. Employees cannot change their clock events. Corrections by the office, manager or owner require a note and are logged.

HOURS AND MATERIALS WITH THE JOB
Record work and materials directly against the job. Review monthly hours per person and export monthly and team summaries as PDFs. The office can correct hours with a reason. Put a job on hold with a reason and resume it later.

PRO FOR QUOTES AND INVOICES
Capture photos, measurements, materials and notes during site visits. The office prepares quotes. Managers review, annotate and approve PDFs. Documents, hours and materials stay with the project. Prepare invoices and keep track of outstanding work. Quey provides assistance within the app. Site visits, quotes, invoices, documents, approvals and AI features are part of Pro. Pro includes up to ten installers.

YOUR TEAM'S LANGUAGE, YOUR BUSINESS'S SETTINGS
The app has 25 interface languages. Each person chooses their own language. Your business's country and region determine public holidays, currency, date and number formats and time zone. Supported countries are Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Romania, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia. PDF labels are available in 18 languages. The remaining app languages use English PDF labels.
Country-specific invoice requirements are not fully automated. There is no connection to national electronic invoicing systems such as KSeF, e-Factura or SdI, and no Swiss QR payment slip. For businesses in Poland, Romania and Italy, the focus is planning, hours, attendance and quotes. Invoice documents do not replace any required submission through the relevant national system.
Support and legal documents are available in German and English.
