● Speaking: TipTalk is for people who have lost their ability to speak due to illness or accident, but can still use a smartphone. You write what you want to say and then have it read out.
● Listening: Deaf people can use TipTalk to talk to hearing people. The app can listen and convert what is heard into text.

● When you write, you are constantly shown new text tips that match the word or part of a sentence you have just started. This speeds up typing. The app learns. The more you "talk" to the app, the more accurate the tips become.
● To listen, simply press the microphone, the app then tells your hearing conversation partner that you are now listening and converts what they said into text.
