The X-App from RATIOsoftware is the ideal addition to the "Route accounting" module.
After successfully logging into the app, the driver can view all of his assignments on a daily basis.
With a selection box he is able to assign a status for the respective trip. The options: "carried out", "unsuccessful outward journey", "unsuccessful return journey", "canceled" are possible.
If the tours involve traffic from people with disabilities, all participants in this tour can be viewed by clicking on the mission.
A status can also be selected here as to whether the person has got into the vehicle. The options are: danger, cancellation, sick, in vain, in vain despite, contact and vacation.
In addition to the information on whether the person is in a wheelchair or a runner, all relevant data for the transport can be viewed. A tour sheet for this trip can also be generated using a separate button.
With the X-App, the dispatcher is always up to date on the status of the tour and its occupants. The confirmation or cancellation of the passengers will be taken into account later when the tour is billed.
