Our mobile app serves as a supplement to the existing online ordering system (OBS).
After successful registration, existing and new customers can obtain an overview of the existing orders in the current and coming weeks, add orders or cancel orders.
The menus can be displayed in a daily or weekly view. The app can be adapted to the needs of the customers through small setting options.
A major advantage over the previous OBS is the ability to view orders on the go and change them up to the agreed time. The end user is spared a PC or the complicated display on mobile end devices via the web browser.
In order to correct an existing order, the respective item must either be added to the shopping cart or deleted and confirmed. In order to be able to transfer the order, a mobile data connection is mandatory.
In addition, additional information such as additives and allergens is stored for the menus.
Especially in the area of school meals, it is now also possible for parents to edit several children or siblings at the same time without having to log in and out again.
Various profiles can be registered here and their orders processed.
