With Riso, companies pay (parts of) their wages tax-free to their employees. The effect summarized using an example: employees get 100 euros more (gross for) net and employers save around 100 euros in ancillary wage costs at the same time.
In addition to these convincing figures, Riso has other advantages:
Payment directly to the account (instead of voucher or limited card)
Applicable throughout Germany (instead of limited to participating acceptance partners)
Digitally via app (instead of printed on paper or with a card)
Administrative arm: Riso as a service provider takes over all the necessary intermediate steps of the legally compliant implementation.
Riso combines the different options offered by German tax law. Because actually tax-free wage components have been anchored in law (almost) since the founding of the Federal Republic of Germany.
