WHAT THE APP CAN DO

• Report sick in seconds: Select category (including "child sick"), specify time period, done. The reason remains private—colleagues only see "absent." Want to change your return date later? One tap.

• Vacation, time off in lieu, overtime reduction: Submit requests with a live preview of your remaining entitlement—and see your status at any time.

• Team calendar: Week, month, year. Who's in, who's absent, when are the school holidays and public holidays in your state? One glance is all it takes.

• Automatic scheduling suggestions: ShiftFix automatically suggests shift plans and fair vacation distribution—you only need to make corrections instead of manually piecing everything together.

• Push notifications: Your manager is notified immediately of your request, and you'll be informed instantly when your application is processed. Push notifications are intentionally general—details are only visible after logging into the app.

• Sick days & fairness: Your sick days per year and the fair distribution of vacation time within the team—transparent for you, not just for management.

• Vacation requests: Submit your preferred dates for the annual planning directly from your phone.

FOR MANAGEMENT

Team leaders and HR can approve requests directly in the app and record team updates. Complete shift planning with staffing indicators and automatic schedule suggestions is managed in the Schichtfix web cockpit on your PC — the app is your team's mobile companion.

DATA PROTECTION IS NOT A FEATURE, BUT A MANDATORY

Your Schichtfix data is hosted on servers in Germany and transmitted using encryption (GDPR compliant). Push notifications are sent via your device's notification service and never contain health information, names, or time periods. The reason for your sick leave is only visible to HR and team leaders — never to your colleagues.

TRY IT FREE FOR 60 DAYS

Your team starts with full functionality — no credit card required. The trial ends automatically without an active subscription; there is no silent payment obligation. If your company subscribes during the trial, billing begins at the end of the trial. The trial period is managed in the Schichtfix web cockpit — there are no purchases in the app.
