scoremark Audit is the app for conducting on-site quality and location checks – for everyone who inspects and documents in the store, branch, or on the sales floor.

QUESTION BY QUESTION INSTEAD OF ENDLESS LIST
A check is structured into areas, sections, and questions. The app guides you through each step and shows you at any time what still needs to be done – and what has already been completed.

READY TO USE EVEN WITHOUT A NETWORK
Every answer is saved instantly on your device. If the connection drops, nothing is lost: As soon as the network is available again, the app transfers data in the background. There's no save button to forget.

SEVEN QUESTION TYPES
Selection, Yes/No, Stars, Measurement with Thresholds, Free Text, Photo, and Signature. Comments and photos can be attached to each question; the app prompts for required comments before the check can be completed.

ALWAYS HERE'S YOUR HISTORY
For each check, area, section, and individual question, the app displays previous visits to the same location – as a chart with labeled values ​​and as a list with dates. This allows you to see immediately on-site whether anything has improved or if a deficiency is recurring.

RESULTS WITHOUT WAITING
After completion, the score is available – overall, per area, and per section, including knockout criteria and final signatures. Previous assessments remain accessible with filters for location, template, and time period.

AN ANSWER IS NOT APPLICABLE
Areas, sections, and individual questions can be marked as "not applicable" if the template allows it. This will not affect the score.

NOTE
A scoremark account is required to use this app. The app is mobile access to an existing scoremark installation and cannot be used without login credentials.
