This app is suitable for customers of Sparda-Bank West eG, Sparda-Bank Hessen eG and Sparda-Bank Ostbayern eG.

With the free Sparda-Banken app, you can conveniently do your mobile banking anywhere from your smartphone or tablet.

Features:
• Get current account balance
• Fast login with fingerprint (Android 6.0 and higher - please note that for security reasons we currently do not support older fingerprint sensors that are not natively supported by Google's fingerprint hardware.)
• Registration incl. online PIN assignment for new customers
• Carry out transfers and appointment transfers - also by means of photo transfers
• Cashless payment with VIMpay: Load your VIMpay account with the SpardaApp and pay with your smartphone at the checkout (at participating Sparda banks)
• Convenient transaction approval with the SpardaSecureApp
• Management of the SpardaSecureApp
• Setting up, changing, deleting standing orders
• SpardaBargeld: Pay out and deposit cash without a bank card. Simply generate a barcode and redeem it in stores (at participating Sparda banks).

Security:
• The application is protected by an individual password (master password).
• Maximum application security through encryption of the customer number and online PIN using a device-specific token.
• SSL-encrypted data transfer
• Transaction release procedure: In addition to the chip TAN procedure, the SpardaSecureApp is available for convenient transaction release.

Requirements for using the photo transfer:
To use the photo transfer you need a mobile device
• Accelerometers
• Camera
• Camera flash / photo light
• Auto Focus

Please also note:
• We recommend an Android operating system from version 5.0 to operate the app.
• User-specific data will be migrated in the course of the version update. This includes created bank details and the master password, provided this corresponds to the security guidelines of the current application (at least six characters).

The App no longer launches, it checks your fingerprint then it stops.

Usually a good app, but today I only get network exceptions when I try to log in to my account. It's not my router, since I've tried another network with the same result. If that exception is fixed and I can log in again, then the app deserves a 5 star rating.

No documents in the app, still have to go on the website to get my monthly statements or others. Pain in the backside getting a remit done, as one must have the secure app etc.. When something's not working one has to contact and will be provided with papers by MAIL, which takes days!!! Would be nice if this bank would go with the time and get more modern. Have a look at other banks, like the BOS - they are fairly hassle free and easy to work with! Typisch Deutsch! Stock im Bobbes!
