This would be a five star application if it weren't for the fact that, after a recent update, the numbers I type don't appear directly on the "tape" itself until I complete an operation. I would rather that everything that I type appear immediately in the same area, the way it was before. I have checked the settings and there doesn't seem to be a way to adjust this. Anyone?

The Best-but for a couple things: 1. History would be a wonderful addition! 2. For mths, when I open other apps, that need to "play" files, yours pops up as an option, instead of an appropriate one, often as the only option. Digging into this glitch, I found settings to change, but SEVERAL files (dozens?) that only opened to a saved file on this app. 3. One premission, not needed but no choice to turn off & I want to. Otherwise, your premissions are above-par. As is functionality.

Far and away the best calculator app on mobile for day-to-day math. Paper-tape style is the only kind or calculator that makes sense to me (see your work, add notations, etc), and of the VERY few apps with this feature, CalcTape does it best. I have the Mac version too, and use them both almost every day. My only beef: while the keypad is wildly configurable, I can't put backspace and AC where I want them. My only concern: updates are rare.
