About this app

SHIFTDECK TERMINAL turns a tablet into the time clock for your whole company. Mount it on the wall or place it at the entrance; every employee taps their name, enters their PIN and clocks in or out.

IMPORTANT — YOU NEED A SHIFTDECK INSTALLATION
This app is not a standalone service. On first launch you enter the address of your SHIFTDECK server and the pairing code found in SHIFTDECK under Admin → Terminals. Without that pairing the app cannot be used. The built-in demo shows how it looks and works, using made-up names — no account needed for that.

WHAT THE TERMINAL DOES
• Everyone at a glance: present, on break, clocked out
• Search by name or staff number, filter by department
• Sign in with a personal PIN — nothing is left open
• Clock in, start and end a break, clock out
• Time account right away: today, week and balance
• Next shift from the roster
• See remaining leave and request time off at the device
• Add a profile picture via QR code from your own phone
• After every entry the screen returns on its own

FIVE LANGUAGES
German, English, Turkish, Polish and Romanian. The language can be switched at the terminal itself, independently of the device language.

NO ADS, NO TRACKING
The app contains no advertising, no analytics and no trackers. The data stays on your company's server, not with us.

REQUIREMENTS
Android 8.0 or newer, a tablet in landscape orientation and a SHIFTDECK installation with time tracking.
