Whether at home or on the go - manage your contracts conveniently and easily on your mobile device with the "My SI Mobile" app - around the clock.

Unfortunately, for technical reasons it was unavoidable to retire the old app you loved. Therefore we had to develop a completely new app. In the first step, we focused on the functions that were used most frequently in the old app, primarily submitting documents and the mailbox. Some sub-functions, such as scanning barcodes or displaying the processing status, are already being planned and will be added over time - we know that these functions are important to many of you. At the same time, we are already diligently working on your feedback and developing solutions for the problems reported to us.

• Submit medical bills, prescriptions or treatment and cost plans conveniently via the app - now also upload PDFs (but no barcode scan yet)
• Simple and secure access to delivered documents including invoices via the mailbox - 'Inbox' tab in the app
• Easy and quick access to your submissions and receipts via the mailbox - 'Sent' tab in the app
• Direct contact with your personal contacts
• Registration via biometric features or the app's own PIN
• View and change your personal information
• Request certificates for your contracts easily online
• Report damage conveniently online
• Request a health insurance card

We are continuously expanding the app with new content and functions - your ideas and tips help us the most. Ratings and reviews

The app is so bad. It is hard to navigate. You cannot take any pictures with the camera and I had to spend half an hour on uploading a pdf via my phone as the app is built in 1990s. For a 21st century, it is a shame that no-one is investing in making the app better and yet they force you to use it. It is not easy to find my documents and the requests I have sent. Why would they switch from a running app to a semi-running app without testing if all is working?!?!

Not convenient at all.

HEUTE 27.3. 2024 Danke für diese Möglichkeit diese APP so einfach laden zu können. Brauchte lange diesen, Vorgang zu erledigen. Private Umstände, Tod der Frau brachten mir viel Kummer. Nun ist alles wieder im LOT. Alles toll, das dieser Schritt von Ihnen so toll begleitet wurde !! Also DANKE !! Detlef Giese
