In principle, any city or town administration in the state of Brandenburg can participate in Maerker and use this service free of charge. Each municipality decides independently and on its own responsibility whether to participate. If your city or town administration is not listed, please contact your local authority for information on the reasons for its exclusion. How do I describe my issue in Maerker?

You can submit your issue to the responsible administration using the "Submit a Suggestion" form. The editorial team reserves the right to review submitted images for legal reasons, shorten substantive texts, and remove irrelevant content.

How do I receive a response from the administration?

You will receive notifications about the processing status via your email address, which you can provide voluntarily. You can also track the progress of your request at any time on the portal maerker.brandenburg.de.
