Ratings and reviews

The system I have seems to be working great and making plenty of power. However, the SMA360 app on my phone will only give me the current output power, no historical data is available. This is quite frustrating as it was logging the historical data for the first few months that the system was up and then abruptly stopped on Aug. 9th. I've gone almost a month now with no historical data and the SMA tech help line has been no help at all.

Unable to login and monitor my solar energy generation. I'm from India and it's installed by government agents. When I'm Adding the device on the website by adding a PIC and RID number then it says the device is not found. In this app at time of login it stucks.

This app has not worked for monitoring pv system in the last 3 months. Keeps crashing. Hope they get it fixed soon.
