The system I have seems to be working great and making plenty of power. However, the SMA360 app on my phone will only give me the current output power, no historical data is available. This is quite frustrating as it was logging the historical data for the first few months that the system was up and then abruptly stopped on Aug. 9th. I've gone almost a month now with no historical data and the SMA tech help line has been no help at all.

Update 06/08/20 - I have been installing Solar PV over 10 years. This app is useless. It won't even connect to the inverters. lways end up getting out laptop to set up. Refused to let me log in with registered details, Tried logging in as new account and refused as email address is already used?? Password criteria different from on line log in. Come on app developers, check your products before launch, embarrassing!!!

we ve provided an update last week which improves the QR Code connection to the inverter and makes it even more stable. You should be able to login to the app with your standard Sunny Portal account. If you do have trouble to login please contact us.

In Spain, they have horrible customer service. Their hardware seems solid, but out of date (doesn't give power when the grid is down). Their customer service in Spain and in Germany. Rather than fix the bugs in their web interface, they falsely blamed it on our installation. I will never purchase another SMA because service after sale is critical.
