SmartSP is the scheduling solution for maintenance and service companies. Dispatch and field staff work together seamlessly: In the office, orders are consolidated, routes are planned, and appointments are assigned – while on the road, technicians see exactly the jobs assigned to them, along with all the relevant information about the property.

Jobs and Packages
Enter jobs with the property address, required qualifications, estimated time, and status tracking. Multiple jobs at the same property can be bundled into packages and scheduled and planned as a single unit. Filters by postal code, location, status, qualifications, or time window make even large order volumes manageable.

Route Planning and Calendar
Addresses are automatically geocoded, so all jobs are visible on the map. Automatic route optimization distributes jobs across multiple technicians, taking their qualifications into account. Appointments are displayed in the integrated calendar in daily, weekly, and monthly views. Users can also connect their Google Calendar to sync jobs there as well.

QUALIFICATIONS AND RESOURCES
Enter the qualifications available for each technician and the required qualifications for each job. This makes it easy to see at a glance who can handle which assignment. Materials, action types, and calculation tables reflect your technical specifications in the planning.

ANALYSIS
The dashboard displays utilization and available capacity, planned working hours per month—either aggregated or per technician—and the distribution of qualifications within the team.

IMPORT AND FILES
Job data can be imported via CSV; dedicated import methods are available for Ista, Minol, and HLN formats. Documents and records are stored centrally and assigned to the relevant processes.

USER AND SECURITY
Role-based user management with granular permissions and optional two-factor authentication.

MODULAR STRUCTURE
SmartSP is licensed by module. You unlock only what you actually need – from basic order management to comprehensive workforce planning with route optimization, customer management, and import interfaces.
