WarteManager is a flexible, secure and fully local solution for digital queues and call systems for patients, visitors and customers – ideal for medical practices, public offices, service providers, workshops, hair salons, studios and many other businesses.
💡 How it works
WarteManager turns an Android tablet into the central hub of your queue system. All devices access the system via a browser in the local Wi-Fi network – no cloud, no external servers.
👉 All data stays within your local network – GDPR-compliant and usable offline.
🧾 Self Check-In
Visitors, customers or patients take their queue ticket directly at the tablet and scan the QR code with their own smartphone. Optional automatic ticket printing is supported (EPSON TM-M30III (152)).
👩💻 Remote Check-In
Staff can assign queue numbers conveniently via the web dashboard or automatically via GDT import from practice or medical software (Premium).
🔄 Live status in the mobile browser – New
Visitors can track their current queue status live in the browser via QR code – no app installation required.
👉 Fewer questions, smoother workflows and more freedom for waiting visitors. (Optional internet connection required for live status)
📺 TV & monitor display
Show calls, announcements and content on:

• Any browser-enabled screen
