WarteManager is suitable for medical practices, public offices, service desks, workshops, hair and beauty salons, consulting offices and any place where customers, visitors or patients wait and need to be called.

The Android tablet becomes the central unit: install the app, start it and immediately issue queue numbers, manage calls and provide displays within your local network.

📱 How WarteManager works

1. Install the app on an Android tablet
2. Start WarteManager
3. Use the tablet as a self check-in terminal or local server hub
4. Open the dashboard, TV display and mobile ticket pages in a browser

PCs, smartphones, smart TVs or Fire TV devices can access the system within the same network. No additional app is required for waiting visitors.

🧾 Self check-in & remote check-in

In self check-in mode, customers, visitors or patients take their queue number directly on the tablet. Optionally, they can select a reason first, view a QR code or receive a printed ticket.

In remote check-in mode, the team issues queue numbers conveniently from the web dashboard – for example at reception, at the front desk or via the GDT interface from practice management software.

📅 Appointment scheduling & QR code check-in

Reserved appointments can be created, edited, deleted and checked in from the dashboard. Visitors with an appointment can check in using a QR code or by entering their number. This reduces questions and helps the team work more efficiently.

📲 Live status for waiting visitors

Waiting visitors can track their position, call status and important notes directly on their smartphone – without installing an app. The QR code on the ticket or tablet opens their personal status page in the browser.

📺 Display on TV, monitor or Fire TV

Calls, rooms, notes and custom content can be shown live on large screens. The display works on smart TVs, Fire TV devices or any browser in the local network.
