FermentHero is the app for you either if you already have your own ferments and/or bake bread yourself - or if you want to learn how. We offer hundreds of professional recipes. Very simple ones to get started and quite advanced ones to learn the intricacies of fermentation.

FermentHero helps you plan your recipes, explains key terms, and - thanks to its visual timeline and automatic reminders - lets you keep everything under control.

With the free basic version, you’ll bake your first loaves and start your first ferments. To unlock additional recipes and gain pro features, you can upgrade to the Plus version at any time, supporting the app’s development and our partners who create the recipes.

If you have questions about the recipes, you can discuss with other users and the recipe authors in the comments section.
