Children's Book Workshop is the workshop for everyone who wants to create their own children's book – from the initial idea to the printed copy. The app is aimed at authors, parents and grandparents who want to give a personalized book as a gift, and anyone who has always had a story in mind. It's a tool for creating children's books – not a game or an app for children.

YOUR STORY
• Writing Assistant: Build your story step by step – notes, bullet points, plot, outline, and finished text.
• 15 narrative structure templates, including the Rule of Three and Kishōtenketsu.
• Word counter to track your target length, version history, and chat for questions.
• Or import a finished short story.
• Book formats and age groups: board book, picture book, early reader, or chapter book. Page and word count are preset accordingly.
CHARACTERS AND WORLD
• Manage characters, locations, and objects all in one place.
• Multiple reference images per entry, one of which can be set as the main image.
• Define who or what appears in each scene.
ILLUSTRATIONS
• The AI divides your story into page-sized scenes and suggests an image idea for each one.
• Create or modify images directly in the app – in color or black and white.
• 20 ready-made drawing styles, from watercolor and comics to paper cutouts and 3D – or describe your own.
• Style and character references ensure that all images have a cohesive look.
• Change mood and perspective with the touch of a button.
• Your own photos and drawings can also be used.
• Image history: Every version is saved and can be restored.
DESIGNING THE BOOK
• Storybook Designer: Drag and drop page order, layout of image and text per page, preview as it will appear in the final book.
• Special pages: Cover, spine, dedication, author page, and imprint with ISBN and publisher information.
• Design the cover and back cover with AI if desired – title, author, and blurb appear directly on the image, if you like.
DESIGN AND PUBLISH
• Cinema mode: Present your book in full screen – with transitions, soundscapes, text-to-speech with word highlighting, hidden object games, and remote control via smartphone.
• Export as a print-ready PDF or as an ebook (EPUB), in A4, A5, square, or custom format.
• Audio recording: Have scenes read aloud or record your own voice – and export the book as an audiobook.
